Origin

IDÉE began as a conversation between two friends — one in Cairo, one in Beirut — and it never quite stopped being one.

They had worked together before, in different scopes at the same company, and kept finding their way back to the same projects. Over those years, they noticed that their passions were complementary — one drawn to the whole of a space, the other to the detail inside it.

Every project began the same way: with an idea. The brief came later. The budget came after that. The idea was always first. When they started IDÉE, they kept that order.

Today

IDÉE is a multidisciplinary design studio, building your home from first idea to final touch. We work between Cairo and Beirut, with all production based in Egypt.

One belief runs through everything we make: the value of an object — and of a room — lives in the idea behind it, not the form it currently wears.
