The work

This is where the drawings become walls, floors, ceilings, doors, joinery, and finishes. Where the kitchen gets built into the wall. Where the bathroom gets tiled. Where the wardrobe gets fitted, the lighting gets wired, the floor gets laid.

We coordinate the contractors, supervise the build, manage the schedule, and inspect the work. Our standard is plain: every detail finished the way it would be if you had built it yourself, with infinite time and infinite care.

Standalone scope

For clients with their own design but no team to execute it.

We take a finalised design — yours, ours, or someone else's — and deliver the completed space. Includes contractor management, on-site supervision, joinery and millwork fabrication, finish installation, and quality control through to handover.
