Space Planning

The work

Space planning is the design of how a home actually works. Where each room sits in the floor plan, how they connect, how light enters, how a body moves through the space. We do it early — while every decision is still a drawing.

We work in measured drawings, and in AR — clients walk the floor plan in 2D and 3D before any cost is committed. We test how each room is used at different times of day, by different people.

Within Space Planning, we design what we call Smart Solutions. Pieces that do two jobs — a sofa that's also a bed, a wall that's also a closet, a stair that's also a shelf. Pieces designed to save space — modular shelving.

Standalone scope

For clients building from a shell, renovating substantially, or rethinking how an existing home flows.

Includes floor plans, ceiling plans, electrical and lighting layouts, joinery and millwork drawings, plumbing coordination, AR walkthroughs, and all documentation needed for build.
